• Copyright Design and Patents Act 2002
• The Copyright, Design, and Patents Act, 1988 (plus amendments)
• Data Protection Act, 1998 (Update to 1984 Act)
• Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
  • Display Screen Equipment Regulations, 1992
  • Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations, 1998
  • Manual Handling Regulations, 1992

Employers need to be aware that it is likely that any or all of the above legislation is applicable to home workers.
