Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998

These regulations cover the maintenance of equipment in the workplace and includes all electrical equipment.

The object of these regulations is to ensure that equipment is safely located, is in good order, and has regular maintenance checks. It also covers the training of staff in the use of equipment.
